Do all apartments have a jacuzzi?

Yes, all our apartments feature a private jacuzzi on the terrace so you can enjoy a moment of relaxation whenever you want.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer open-dated gift vouchers so you can give them to your loved ones. Contact us for more information. 

Can I cancel or change dates?

Cancellation Policy
1- The guest can cancel for free up to 14 days before the arrival date.
2- If the guest does not show up, they must pay the full reservation amount.
3- If the guest cancels within 14 days prior to arrival, they must pay the full reservation amount.

Change of Dates Policy
4- The guest may request a change of dates for their reservation, subject to apartment availability (availability can be checked on our website).
5- A date change can be made for free if requested at least one week before arrival.
6- If the guest requests a date change within 7 days of arrival, a fee of 50 euros will apply per change.
7- In cases of force majeure for cancellation, please contact the Olladas de Barbeitos administration and we will review the case.

Do we charge for the fireplace firewood pack?

No. The firewood pack is included in your stay so you can light the fireplace at no extra cost and fully enjoy your stay.

Are you pet-friendly? Is there an extra charge for bringing pets?

We are a pet-friendly accommodation. We want you to enjoy the experience with your pet, at no extra cost. Our pet-friendly apartments are: Picois, Cazurro and Penedón.

Do you offer breakfast? What does it include?

Yes. We offer a breakfast service that you can add during the booking process. It is served freshly prepared at the door of your apartment first thing in the morning.

Our breakfast includes:

  • A coffee thermos

  • Whole milk thermos (lactose-free or plant-based milk available upon request)

  • Fresh apple or orange juice

  • Toasted bread

  • Jam

  • Honey

  • Butter

  • Fresh tomato

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Bizcocho o dulce

  • Yogurt

  • Seasonal fruit

  • Sugar

  • Colacao, herbal tea/tea, or decaf (upon request)

How does check-in work?

It is completely self-service. You will receive the keys to enter your apartment and access it without waiting. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 12:00.
